Wish we could all solve our problems like this little guy.

I picked him up from daycare today after my workout. Keep in mind that he is only in there for an hour, not enough time to get in too much trouble. He said, "Mom, one guy said 'poo' today. He said his Mom says he can." This is all coming from the child who spends hours saying poo and pee and then laughing hysterically. Before I can respond, more of the story came out. "He said 'poo' to me." I said, "Did it make you feel bad?" He said, "No, well, a little."

And then a few minutes later, in the car, the whole story came out. Apparently, the boy said to Max, "You have a poopy diaper. You have a poopy diaper." Max responded by unzipping his pants and showing the boy (who was smaller than him) his underwear. At which Max said, "No I don't, see." But don't worry about Max, at this point in his story he informed me that he then buttoned them all by himself.

The boy still kept telling Max he had a poopy diaper. Max said, "Shut up." Didn't even need to involve the adults.

What I find hilarious about this story is that Max tells people they have a poopy diaper and then laughs hysterically. This type of joke is right up his alley.

What I have learned from Max is that if you have a problem (like a false accusation) with someone (who may not be as experienced as you), you need to show them proof (even if it involves curtailing your privacy), and if that doesn't work, "shut up" always will. And then, you won't even have to involve the leaders.
